Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Producer/Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing insurance accounts, while delivering excellent service to clients. This position offers the opportunity to develop relationships, identify customer needs, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a portfolio of insurance accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate competitive terms
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
• Stay informed about market trends and regulations related to insurance products
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Prepare and present reports on account status and sales activities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or Account Manager
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
