Overview:
We are looking for a client-focused, detail-oriented Commercial Lines Client Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a book of business, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with high-performing teams to exceed client expectations. What You'll Do:

Manage your own book of business or work closely with the client team to ensure deliverables meet expectations

Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships

Keep the account team informed of client developments or changes

Prepare and review client-facing materials including proposals, stewardship reports, and presentations

Participate in meetings and special projects; attend client meetings as needed

Support other Client Managers during peak periods

Execute client strategies and deliverables as directed by the account team

Utilize tools like Reference Connect, Playbook, and MMA U for daily tasks

Contribute to new business and renewals by preparing BORs, performing exposure analysis, and coordinating market submissions

Support premium allocation, proposal preparation, binder processing, and carrier communications

Provide general service including coverage changes, audit reviews, and contract analysis
What You'll Bring:
-
3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial insurance
-
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
-
Progress toward advanced insurance designations (CIC, CISR, CRM, CPCU, ARM, etc.) is a plus

Strong ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle multiple projects independently

Experience managing a small book of business or supporting larger accounts

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong communication and client service skills

Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Familiarity with industry tools and a desire to stay up to date with trends and regulations
