We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage a high-volume book of business and deliver top-tier client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business, providing day-to-day servicing and addressing client needs.
- Work closely with producers to respond to client inquiries, claims, and policy concerns.
- Build and update portals for online appointments through Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.
- Prepare for open enrollment and shop ancillary lines to meet client needs.
- Fully manage accounts, ensuring smooth administration and compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in employee benefits, with expertise in managing large groups preferred (15,000+ lives).
- Proven track record in account management and client servicing.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic or other agency management systems (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client needs.
