Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage and process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals for commercial insurance accounts.
- Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to provide comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Assist in preparing insurance quotes and proposals for new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and communication in compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is preferred.
- Previous independent agency experience.
