Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
- Analyze clients' insurance requirements and provide them with suitable coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively address any insurance-related concerns.
- Work closely with insurance underwriters to negotiate policy terms and premiums on behalf of clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance policies to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and worker's compensation coverages.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Proficiency in insurance industry software and CRM systems.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $65k-$90k (based on experience)
