Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes
- Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Work closely with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing
- Manage the renewal process for existing commercial accounts
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional insurance products
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the commercial client base
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance and account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (e.g., CISR, CIC) are a plus

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will spend your days building and strengthening relationships with commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with insurers to secure the best coverage and terms for our clients. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and success of our commercial lines business.
