Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Conduct insurance policy reviews and make coverage recommendations based on clients' evolving needs
- Collaborate closely with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and process policy endorsements and renewals
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and insurance product offerings to effectively advise clients and proactively identify opportunities for account rounding
- Generate new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals, contributing to the growth of the agency
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the personal lines insurance industry
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60k-$75k (based on experience)
