Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance business
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and providing them with suitable coverage options.
- Analyze and assess clients' current insurance policies and recommend appropriate adjustments or enhancements.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure the best possible coverage for clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and insurance products to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed production targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer,
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in analyzing risk exposures and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, and market trends.
- Active insurance producer license in the relevant state.
Day-to-day
- Engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate and finalize insurance policies.
- Researching market trends and products to stay informed and offer the best options to clients.
- Utilizing sales strategies to achieve production targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
