Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employee Benefits Producer to join our dynamic team. The Employee Benefits Producer will be responsible for selling and marketing various employee benefits plans to clients, including health, dental, life, and disability insurance. This individual will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients
- Analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable employee benefits solutions
- Develop and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements
- Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate the best terms for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing servicing of employee benefits plans
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to provide informed advice to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, with a focus on employee benefits
- Strong understanding of various employee benefits plans, including health, dental, life, and disability insurance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) License
