Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Agency Claims Advocate to join our team. The Agency Claims Advocate will be responsible for assisting clients in the advocacy and resolution of their insurance claims. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with insurance claims.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure fair and timely resolution of their claims.
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters, agents, and other relevant parties.
- Review claim documents, policies, and other related materials to provide informed support to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, claim progress, and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process, including answering questions and providing updates.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance claims advocacy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathetically support clients in challenging situations.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to effectively advocate for clients' best interests.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to insurance claims is a plus.
