Qualifications

• Required licensure/designation: P&C
• 1-2 years of experience at Allstate
• Sales, real estate, or CSR experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a competitive and progressive environment

Day-to-day

As a PL Producer, you will be responsible for creating networks with real estate agents, making calls to generate leads, and providing excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to advance to a sales manager role and work with a supportive team to achieve growth goals.
