Personal Lines Account Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager The ideal candidate will have experience in handling generalist accounts, particularly in personal lines accounts such as home and auto insurance. This role offers a competitive base salary of $50k-$55k and the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal lines accounts, including handling the process for a variety of policies
• Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals
• Utilize online marketing and quoting tools, with experience in EPIC being a significant advantage

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• P&C license is required
• Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred

Day-to-day:

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setting, with 3 days at home and 2 in the office. They will handle a range of personal lines accounts, providing quotes and managing renewals. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including a 2% 401(k) match.
