Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager/CSR to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Full servicing of commercial insurance accounts, including managing renewals, issuing certificates, and addressing client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and process policy endorsements for new and renewal business.
- Provide timely and accurate renewals, ensuring that policies remain up-to-date with clients’ evolving needs.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and analysis to ensure clients have appropriate coverage to meet their specific requirements.
- Quote new and renewal business (mostly renewal with some new business).
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and underwriting guidelines to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending appropriate coverage options and risk management strategies.
- Assist with claims management and resolution, serving as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
- Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and correspondence in the agency management system.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least 1 year of commercial insurance experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven experience in full-service account management within the commercial insurance industry.
- A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products (e.g., Business Owner's Policies (BOPs), commercial auto, general liability, workers' compensation, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and underwriters.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients.

Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $55k-$65k (based on experience).
