Job Summary:
As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you will take on the responsibility of managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Analyze client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage
- Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts and terms
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact clients
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met
- Monitor and manage the renewal process for existing clients
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their changing needs and provide recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role within the commercial insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems (AMS360 experience preferred)
- Active P&C (Property & Casualty) license – required
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $100K-$150K (based on experience).
