Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal lines accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a designated book of personal lines accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Review policies, endorsements, and applications for accuracy and compliance
- Utilize agency management system to process and maintain client information
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage terms and conditions
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to provide informed insurance advice
- Support agency growth and retention goals through effective account management and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Preferred Agency Management System experience: Applied EPIC
- Familiarity with personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license required
Compensation Package
