Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospective clients and leads provided by the company.
- Safeguard the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners.
- Quote and sell Medicare products, ensuring the best fit for clients’ needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the team while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license required.
- Proven experience in Medicare sales.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle different projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a proactive and positive approach to tasks and client interactions.
- Preferred Agency Management System experience: Applied EPIC
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $50K-$55K (based on experience) + commissions.
