Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, analyzing their insurance needs, and developing tailored insurance programs. Responsibilities:

• Assist assigned accounts with day-to-day customer service needs, including certificates, billing, and policy changes
• Analyze the needs of assigned accounts and develop insurance programs to meet their requirements
• Review renewals of assigned accounts and create year-to-year comparison of coverages
• Assist with the remarketing and placement of renewal business where appropriate
• Maintain and expand relationships with current clients to deliver relevant insurance solutions
• Quote new and renewal business for both small and medium market commercial lines accounts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in an agency setting
• Proficiency with AMS software
• Strong understanding of insurance carriers and policies
• Active insurance licenses and designations are preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, knowledgeable, and a self-starter

Day-to-day:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a set of commercial lines accounts, providing them with exceptional customer service, and developing tailored insurance programs to meet their needs. This role will involve regular communication with clients, analyzing their insurance requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships.
