Overview

We are seeking a licensed Commercial Producer. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong ability to sell and handle insurance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage renewals, with a focus on construction and surety markets
• Meet revenue production targets and contribute to the growth of the agency
• Utilize provided leads and data mining resources to identify potential clients
• Work independently to build and maintain a client base, while representing the company professionally

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively
• Ohio insurance license required

Day-to-day

• Travel throughout Ohio to meet with clients and prospects
• Work from a home office, with occasional in-office days and team meetings
• Manage own schedule, with potential for long days on the road
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful client outcomes
