Job Summary
A leading national agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their growing team. This position will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting with business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy-related documents
- Assist with business development efforts, including identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager or a similar role
- Applied EPIC or similar insurance AMS experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
