We are seeking a VP of Business Development – Employee Benefits (Producer) .This is a remote-friendly position with a focus on bringing in new business and contributing to the growth and success of our client.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for bringing in new business
- Demonstrate strong tenure and commitment to previous roles
- Quote new and renewal business for small and large group accounts
- Conduct client visits and prospecting activities
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to drive growth and meet revenue targets
Qualifications
- L&H licensure is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of revenue generation and business development
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and insurance industry
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Day-to-day
The VP of Business Development will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, meeting with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
