Manager of Workers Compensation Safety Groups

Large privately owed insurance broker in Westchester County NY is looking for an experienced Workers Compensation expert to lead a 5 person team. The department consists of claims and billing specialists which will be under the Manager’s supervision.

This individual must have both knowledge of WC coverages and expertise in WC claims.

Working with policy holders is a key responsibility of this position and therefore this individual must have experience working directly with business owners and can demonstrate the necessary communication skills.

Running our Workers Compensation programs involves strong quantitative aptitude. You will be responsible for analysis of the macro figures that go into the group programs while also working with the detailed analysis of our customized billing system.

Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office 2 from home.

Salary is dependent on individuals experience.
