Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact, supporting Senior and Inside Brokers in managing client relationships.
  • Facilitate seamless communication with retail agents and carriers to gather required information for submissions.
  • Prepare and submit complete and accurate insurance submissions.
  • Assist in quoting both new and renewal business.
  • Coordinate and distribute binders and other key documents to clients.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving in a high-energy, deadline-driven setting.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience required (wholesale experience preferred; retail experience considered).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage renewals and cultivate new business relationships effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
  • Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs.
