Professional Liability Real Estate Insurance Underwriter

Established MGA seeking a detail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines coverage, specifically Real Estate. All levels of experience will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience working with multiple lines coverage.
• Prior experience working with retail agencies and acting as the program administrator for a carrier.
• Ability to analyze risk profiles and determine premiums.
• Experience negotiating with carriers.
• Ability to review insurance contracts for accuracy. 
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
• Responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to them.
• Apply problem solving techniques to various issues including cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issues.
