Job Description
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones within the workers' compensation and P&C sector
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on workers' compensation matters.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the TPA's services and capabilities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of TPA sales executive experience selling workers compensation claims handling services
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
