Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Customer Intake Specialist at Compass Insurance Group, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN, is ideal for a candidate who is detail-oriented and excels in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and will manage incoming phone calls, voicemails, and walk-ins. Responsibilities include data entry into our Applied Epic Agency Management system, scanning mail, preparing communications, and assisting with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and intake client information into the Epic system with accuracy
- Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Handle scanning and management of incoming mail
- Reply to voicemails and prepare email communication for agency follow-up
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Friendly and polite conversational skills, particularly over the phone
- Moderate proficiency with computers and internet navigation, including Microsoft Office and Applied Epic
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or as a receptionist
- High school diploma; additional certifications are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
