Commercial Insurance Inside Sales Agent - Hybrid
Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who, along with an understanding of Commercial insurance, demonstrates clear ability to recognize customer needs and provide guidance in choosing appropriate coverage. This is a full time inside sales position that offers a competitive base salary, strong commission plan, and comprehensive benefits.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of Commercial Insurance coverages (Workers Comp, General Liability, Professional Liability, etc)
- Comfortable calling warm leads and advising customers on coverage options.
- Consultative sales.
- Prior experience in a client facing role, building and maintaining relationships.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Experience processing applications, quoting, and preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
- Apply problem solving techniques to various issues.
- Ability to work with multiple carriers.
- Must have an active P&C license.
