Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Employee Benefits Producer to join our team. As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as developing and presenting employee benefit plans.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their employee benefits needs and objectives
  • Develop creative and comprehensive employee benefit plan designs that align with client objectives and budgets
  • Present benefit plan options to clients, providing explanations and guidance to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of benefit plans
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients
  • Participate in networking and business development activities to expand the client base and contribute to the overall growth of the organization

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Producer or related role
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefit products, including fully funded and self-funded options
  • Proficiency with producer tools such as AMS: Applied EPIC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Life and Health License) are a plus

Day-to-day

As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will spend your days communicating with clients, developing benefit plan designs, presenting options, analyzing data, and staying updated on industry trends. You will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in networking activities, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
