Employee Benefits Insurance Producer- Hybrid 
 
Summary:
Established Insurance agency seeking a detailed-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of Employee Benefits/Group Health insurance coverages.
 
Job Description:

  • Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
  • Ability to advise and consult with clients
  • Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
  • Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines
  • Service and monitor account activity.
  • Call existing insured to compliment or “round out” supplemental accounts.
  • Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business.
  • Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Employee Benefits.
  • Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.
  • Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing.
  • Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, and vendors.
  • Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business

 
 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience handling Employee Benefits Insurance Accounts
  • Ability to meet/w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies
  • Must hold an active state P&C License.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
