Summary:

Established agency seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Department Lead.

Job Duties:

• Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
• Previous experience in a leadership role or managing a team.
• Will conduct team trainings on best practices and delegate workflow.
• Ability to advise and consult with clients re: their insurance coverages.
• Oversee agency accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines and monitor account activity.
• Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors.
• Responsible for overseeing and delivering on marketing processes.

Qualifications:

• 7+ Years working with middle market accounts in agency environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team or department.
• Ability to delegate workflow.
• Ability to multi task and work with multiple teams.
• Strong math & technical skills.

$85,000-$110,000 plus great benefits!
