Commercial Insurance Department Lead
Summary:
Established agency seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Department Lead.
Job Duties:
- Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Previous experience in a leadership role or managing a team.
- Will conduct team trainings on best practices and delegate workflow.
- Ability to advise and consult with clients re: their insurance coverages.
- Oversee agency accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines and monitor account activity.
- Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors.
- Responsible for overseeing and delivering on marketing processes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ Years working with middle market accounts in agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team or department.
- Ability to delegate workflow.
- Ability to multi task and work with multiple teams.
- Strong math & technical skills.
$85,000-$110,000 plus great benefits!
