What You’ll Do:

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer service efforts, supporting Account Managers and ensuring we deliver top-notch service to retain our clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Quoting, binding, issuing policies, and handling endorsements and certificates
• Spotting opportunities to expand client accounts and recommending relevant coverage
• Working closely with producers and a seasoned service team to provide seamless service
• Building professional relationships and cultivating top-tier customer service skills

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years working in an independent brokerage or agency.
• Licensing: Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
• Skills: Proficiency with Agency Management Systems such as EPIC or AMS360.
• Mindset: A collaborative spirit and the ability to think independently when problem-solving.
• Service-Oriented: Experience engaging with clients directly and the ability to spot opportunities for coverage enhancements.

Requirements:

• Teamwork: Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in data entry and online quoting tools.
• Client-Focused: Proven ability to engage with customers, delivering face-to-face service when needed.
