Job Description

 

  • Review, investigate, and process insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze and interpret policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including policyholders, claimants, legal professionals, and service providers.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
  • Assess and negotiate settlement offers with claimants and other parties.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in claims management within the insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
