The Claims Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the claims process for various insurance products. Job Description
- Review, investigate, and process insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze and interpret policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including policyholders, claimants, legal professionals, and service providers.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Assess and negotiate settlement offers with claimants and other parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in claims management within the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
