Employee Benefits Account Manager
Respected company seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager with the following qualifications:
- Experience servicing employee benefits accounts (Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Vision, HSA, FSA).
- Responsible for the oversight and ongoing management of assigned client accounts in the large groups lives market.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation for new and renewing small group clients
- Communicate with clients regarding the enrollment process
- Process employee enrollment additions and employee terminations with a sense of urgency
- Create Employer Applications and Employee Handbooks based on client needs and plans selected.
- Experience working with larger groups.
- Assists with quoting and coverage questions.
- Ability to work with clients, answer their questions pertaining to their policies, solve any current or outstanding issues and recommend applicable coverage as needed.
Requirements
• Prior Experience working with an Independent Brokerage or Agency.
• Valid Life & Health license.
• Experience working in a team environment.
$60,000-$80,000 plus benefits!
