Compensation Package
- Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
- Benefits: Fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Real Estate Errors & Omissions (E&O) claims, capped at 120 cases to ensure quality and efficiency
- Handle claims with a focus on professional liability, including a desk that is 50-75% litigated
- Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate coverage, and determine appropriate resolutions for claims
- Collaborate with legal counsel, insured parties, and other stakeholders to ensure effective claims management
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claims activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and insured parties
Qualifications/Requirements
- 7-10 years of claims experience, with substantial professional liability experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Background in professional lines such as Architects & Engineers (A&E), Lawyers Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Errors & Omissions (E&O), or Cyber Liability is highly desirable
- Experience in handling real estate-related claims is a significant advantage
- Candidates with a background in legal defense for real estate agents are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently and manage a low caseload effectively
- Licensure is not required, but preferred
