Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually (up to $88,000 for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage a caseload of first and third-party personal auto bodily injury claims.
- Analyze coverage and interpret policy language to determine claim applicability.
- Conduct thorough liability investigations, including comparative negligence evaluations.
- Establish and maintain appropriate claim reserves throughout the life of each file.
- Evaluate medical records, treatment plans, wage loss documentation, and damages to determine claim value.
- Negotiate settlements directly with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties.
- Coordinate with defense counsel and other vendors on litigated files when necessary.
- Maintain accurate claim documentation while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, attorneys, medical providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service expectations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Personal Auto Bodily Injury claims.
- Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, liability investigations, and injury claim evaluation.
- Proven experience managing bodily injury claims from initial investigation through resolution.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to evaluate exposures and achieve appropriate settlements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality claim handling standards.
- Active adjuster license in home state.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent insurance claims experience.
