TPA Oversight Claims Specialist - Remote

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial General Liability Claims Specialist to provide claims oversight for their TPA.  Experience handling Commercial General Liability, including complex bodily injury, property damage, premises liability, Labor Law, and litigation matters. 

Salary

• $95,000 to $135,000 base salary (based on experience)
• Average 10% bonus

Job Description

• Provide TPA oversight for moderate to higher exposure General Liability claims 
• Conduct claims reviews, approve reserves, and direct claims to closure 
• Collaborate with various internal and external partners for data, loss runs, and risk potential
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
• Participate in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of general liability claims experience 
• Proven expertise in handling high-severity general liability claims, including premises liability, New York Labor law, bodily injury, and litigated matters
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional claims with a carrier.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelors Degree preferred
