Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a collaborative and family-oriented team. This role is integral to supporting our growth and maintaining a commitment to providing exceptional service to a clients, which include religious organizations, non-profits, schools, and churches. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial lines insurance, a passion for client service, and a proactive approach to managing accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $83,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits:

- Work Schedule: In-office with one day of work-from-home flexibility after one year.
- Start Date: July.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, including religious organizations, non-profits, schools, and churches, with account sizes ranging from $500,000 to $200,000.
- Handle certificate-heavy tasks related to events hosted by clients.
- Process endorsements, conduct renewal marketing, and present renewal proposals to clients.
- Recommend additional lines of coverage to meet client needs.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Utilize a Salesforce-based system with AI capabilities to manage accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a commercial lines insurance setting. Experience with non-profits, schools, or religious institutions is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC or similar insurance management software. Experience with Salesforce-based systems is a plus.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in insurance are a plus.
