Compensation Package
- Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims, including litigation cases.
- Handle claims related to General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Property Damage.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and coverage.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Property Damage claims.
- Active Adjuster License is required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processes.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying claim types.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
