Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
- Commissions: 20% on new business; 10% on renewals for accounts generating over $5,000 in revenue
- 401(k): 3% Simple IRA matching (if participating)
- Health Benefits: 50% of healthcare costs covered
- Paid Time Off: Minimum of 3 weeks, with flexible time and negotiable terms
- Remote Work: Fully remote position (Midwest only: OH, KY, PA)
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of small to middle-market accounts across various industries.
- Handle 10-15 renewals per month and convert 10+ new business accounts.
- Quote and negotiate credits, prepare proposals, and process endorsements.
- Collaborate with team members during virtual meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC and High Level software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Work with carriers such as Travelers, Hartford, Safeco, AMtrust, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, and Western Reserve.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of tenure in a similar role; 3-5 years of experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software.
- Soft Skills: Must be smart, enthusiastic, a team player, competent, and tech-savvy.
- Location: Must reside in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania.
