Our client is looking to expand their Workers' Compensation Department and seeking to add Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusters to their Texas claims operations. These positions would be responsible for handling California Workers' Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Texas Workers' Compensation laws and statutes. This position would allow Remote, however, hybrid is preferred in Plano, TX.

  • Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and ‎guidance from the manager. 
  • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. 
  • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department best practices.‎ ‎ 

 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience handling Texas and/or Louisiana workers' compensation claims
  • Need to be well-versed in Texas Workers' Compensation Law.
  • Texas Adjuster license required, Louisiana license preferred
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

 

Salary/Benefits: 

  • $43.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Opportunity to work remotely
