Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (Year 1; declines over 3 years to commission-only).
• Commission: 40% on new business, 30% on renewals.
• Activity Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses (e.g., $1,000 for meeting monthly goals).
• Equity Opportunity: Gain equity once your book of business reaches $250,000.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
• Training: Attend a specialized sales school in Tennessee to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned verticals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
• Focus on specific industries by selecting a "major" and "minor" vertical to specialize in.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive business growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR
  • 2-3 years in a Producer Assistant or insurance-related role.
  • Candidates with Risk Management degrees or strong sales experience will also be considered.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to prospect and hold client meetings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a go-getter mentality.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Soft Skills:
  • Ambitious and money-driven.
  • Strong work ethic and early-career enthusiasm.
