The company is looking to expanding their Workers' Compensation Department and seeking to add Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusters to their California operations. These positions would be responsible for handling California Workers' Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws and statutes. This is a fully remote position (must reside in California).

  • Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and ‎guidance from the manager. 
  • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. 
  • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department Best Practices.‎ ‎ 

 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience handling California Workers' Compensation claims. 
  • Need to be well-versed in California Workers' Compensation Law.
  • SIP required
  • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. 

 

Salary/Benefits: 

  • $46.00 - 50.00+ per hour (based on experience)
  • Opportunity to work remotely
