Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Fayetteville, NC 28304
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + Monthly Bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and manage a designated book of small to mid-market commercial accounts. This is a fully in-office position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, a variety of commercial lines, and being part of a collaborative agency team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and manage a book of business tied to specific producers
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, and renewals
- Assist with some marketing efforts and quoting (primarily renewal business)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives (eligible for monthly performance bonuses)
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Utilize Applied TAM system for account management (training provided if needed)
Book Details:
- Account Size: $5,000 – $250,000 in premium
- Book Mix: Property-heavy accounts, large habitational programs, and a specialized church niche
- Clients: Mix of small to mid-market commercial generalist accounts
- Assigned book will vary based on producer alignment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing commercial insurance accounts in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of commercial coverages and servicing workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience with Applied TAM preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus structure: Monthly profit-share model based on agency revenue growth ($7,500–$10,000/year)
