This role will provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
- Assist claims adjusters with administrative tasks related to claims handling.
- Review incoming claims documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and update claim information in the system promptly and accurately.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports as needed.
- Maintain organized claim files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to routine inquiries from clients, claimants, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Assist with claims payment processing and documentation.
- Support team projects and handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
