Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels to identify potential clients.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance assessments for clients, understanding their personal and commercial insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding insurance coverage options.
- Develop and present insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and assisting with policy adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate policy issuance and renewal processes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.
- Possesses effective negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, both personal and commercial lines.
- Experienced in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- Preferred Agency Management System Experience: Applied EPIC
- Relevant insurance industry experience and 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Previous experience as an Insurance Producer or in a similar insurance sales role.
- Previous experience in account management preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance agency operations as they pertain to sales.
- Proficiency in sales, with a track record demonstrating ability to sell.
