Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead and grow a Personal Lines department. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of agents and back-office customer service professionals within the Personal Lines department.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple carriers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with overall company strategy.
- Represent the organization at networking events and industry functions to enhance visibility and build partnerships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the insurance industry, with a focus on Personal Lines. Leadership experience is essential.
- Licensing: Must hold relevant insurance licenses.
- Expertise: Proven experience working with multiple carriers and managing teams.
- Location: Based in Fargo, with the ability to work in-office 3-4 days per week.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 3-5 nights per month for business purposes.
