Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Casualty Broker to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in large casualty accounts, particularly those with loss-sensitive structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and placing coverage across multiple lines of business, working with accounts generating over $75K in commission.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate large casualty accounts with a focus on loss-sensitive structures across multiple industries.
- Place coverage for accounts generating $75K+ in revenue, with a mix of 2/3 admitted and 1/3 non-admitted policies.
- Collaborate with account managers and support staff to ensure seamless client service and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice and innovative solutions.
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in large casualty accounts, with a proven track record in loss-sensitive programs.
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software or similar platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
