Job Summary
A growing insurance organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to its leadership team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to the success of internal projects and client service initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks, including answering phones, handling emails, maintaining supplies, and coordinating errands.
- Support project coordination by tracking timelines, managing documentation, and assisting with assigned tasks.
- Provide direct assistance to leadership with various administrative needs, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Deliver exceptional client support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized records and documentation, including client files and policy-related materials.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or office support role within a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and pivot quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy and reliability.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package
- $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
