Summary:

Job Duties:
- Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Ability to advise and consult with clients re: their insurance coverages.
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
- Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Service and monitor account activity.
- Call existing insured to complement or “round out” accounts.
- Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business.
- Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Commercial Lines.
- Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.
- Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing.
- Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners, carriers, and vendors.
- Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business.
Qualifications:
- 6+ Years working with large market accounts in agency or broker environment with Florida market experience.
- Active 2-20 license.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experienced with Epic agency management system strongly preferred.
